Importancia y uso:

3.1 This practice gives guidelines for the creation of labels, accompanying literature, and instructions to manufacturers of parasails for both boat and beach launch and recovery.

3.2 The purpose of the labels and instructions is to help alert and remind parasail users of important information related to the parasail and its use.

3.3 Limitation—This practice applies to parasails that are used under Practice F3099 and other ASTM standards pertaining to parasailing only.
